PRINCIPAL

TEACHING STAFF

NON-TEACHING STAFF

  1. Employees are expected to fulfill their duties sincerely and fairly, adhering to job requirements set by the competent authority.
  2. Maintaining confidentiality regarding all institutional matters is mandatory for employees.
  3. The employees are expected to uphold professional ethics
  4. Employees are prohibited from taking up any part-time or full-time job while employed at the institution.
  5. If an employees performance is deemed unsatisfactory due to negligence, misconduct or misbehavior during the contract period, termination will occur according to standard norms.

These rules and expectations are designed to ensure professionalism, confidentiality, and compliance with institutional norms among all staff members, thereby contributing to the smooth functioning and reputation of the organization.

STUDENTS

Students should behave in a manner that upholds the reputation of the college and reflects positively on them.

  1. They are expected to maintain and uphold the established standards and traditions of the college.
  2. Students must wear clean and decent attire, adhering to rules of modesty. Specifically, saree or half saree is required on Fridays and important occasions.
  3. Students should show respect and reverence towards faculty members, distinguished visitors, and invitees.
  4. Students should be attentive and maintain silence during classes, meetings, or gatherings. Leisure time should be spent in designated areas like the reading room or library, without disturbing ongoing activities.
  5. Every student is responsible for keeping the college buildings and surroundings clean and tidy.
  6. Silence must be observed during morning congregational prayers in the common auditorium. Punctuality is expected, and latecomers should not disrupt the prayer.
  7. Students arriving after 9:00 a.m. will lose their attendance for the forenoon session.
  8. Students are required to read and comply with circulars posted on the college notice board daily, both in the morning upon arrival and in the evening before departure.
  9. Any meetings held on campus require prior written permission from the authorities.
  10. No notices may be circulated among students or posted on notice boards without written permission from the Principal.
  11. Students are prohibited from participating in political activities against the college authorities or government, or from engaging prominently in public movements.
  12. Students cannot privately collect funds without prior approval from college authorities.
  13. Genuine grievances should be brought to the attention of class teachers, who will then communicate them to the authorities.
  14. In all matters not explicitly covered by the rules, students are expected to adhere to the highest standards of conduct expected of them.

These guidelines aim to foster a disciplined, respectful, and conducive learning environment within the college premises, ensuring that students contribute positively to the institutions reputation and ethos.

LIBRARY

  1. The library is accessible to all members of the college community.
  2. The library is open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on all working days.
  3. Students can borrow up to two books at a time.
  4. Students need to fill out an application form (available from the library) between 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. Books are issued on weekdays between specific hours.
  5. Books must be returned within a week from the date of issue. Renewals are possible twice consecutively if there are no requests from others. Fines apply for overdue books, and students cannot use the library until fines are paid and books returned.
  6. Books must be handled carefully. Fines are levied for mishandling, and students must report any damage upon receiving a book to avoid responsibility for damage later detected.
  7. In case of loss or damage, the responsible person must either pay for the books cost or supply a new copy within two weeks.
  8. Books, periodicals, etc., must not be underlined, written upon, tampered with, or defaced.
  9. Certain books or journals may be reserved as reference material and must not be taken out of the library.
  10. No Transfer Certificate or Conduct Certificate will be issued to students until return books
